At our headquarters in Didcot, we have a warehouse with space available for storage of devices and spare parts. We can stock and maintain loan pool instruments, so your customers can quickly receive a replacement device in the event of a malfunction. From spare parts to whole instruments, we can safely store whatever you need to be able to react to customer issues quickly and efficiently.

Delivery & Installation

Customer satisfaction doesn’t end with the sale, every single interaction with your customers, no matter how small, adds to their experience and delivery and installation is no different.

Our skilled technicians can conduct a pre-installation survey, ensuring that the intended area is suitably sized and the correct services are in place, assuring that there are no nasty surprises on the big day. Gamidor can take delivery of the device, storing it until it’s convenient for the customer to have it installed. We will then install the device to your specification, performing all the necessary in situ electrical safety tests and train the end-users to use the device safely and effectively.
