Field Service, Maintenance & Repairs

Our Biomedical Engineering team at Gamidor provides 24-hour break down Repair service and Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service on-site at hospitals and laboratories. We provide full coverage via a network of reactive, manufacturer trained Biomedical Engineers.

Hardware & Software Upgrades

To ensure Medical Devices and Laboratory Instruments are kept up to date with latest manufacturer protocols, Gamidor perform hardware and software upgrades, so that laboratory and hospital equipment is operating to optimally and efficiency.

Storage & Logistics

Gamidor provides a 24-hour delivery/ collection service to ensure reliability for manufacturers and end-users. We can store equipment, spare parts, consumables and other items with inventory traceability via our stock management system infrastructure.

End-User Training (IOQ/IQOQ)

With a track record of successfully performing IOQ and IQOQ training for leading pharmaceutical organisations and NHS hospitals, Gamidor can be trusted to deliver high quality, efficient end-user training on new equipment.

Delivery & Installation

Prior to installation we can deliver equipment, spare parts and consumables, stored in our warehouse, to end-user sites. Our Biomedical Engineering team can then provide qualified installation on-site for Customers.

Remote Support

Gamidor provides a 24-hour hotline service to enable first-line technical support for Customers. This ensures equipment can stay running optimally 24-7 for critical QC laboratory operations, as well as emergency patient care.

In-House Workshop Service

With in-house workshop facilities, Gamidor can provide pre-installation testing, de-installations, preventative maintenance and upgrade services in-house. This flexibility is important for equipment found within certain GMP and critical care environments.
